Armored Transportation Services  

Federal Reserve Shipments

Standard service can be provided between 7am and 4pm CST. This includes both deliveries and returns of currency and coin to the Federal Reserve in Dallas.

Retail, Correspondent Bank, and Branch to Branch Shipments

Standard service can be provided between 7am and 4pm CST. This includes both deliveries and returns of currency and coin. Arrangements may be made for services at times other than customary business hours if required.

ATM Services 

Cash Replenishment and Deposit Retrieval

Standard service can be provided between 7am and 4pm CST. Replenishment documentation will be computer generated and e-mailed with scanned network administration receipts along with electronic journal files to customer. Arrangements may be made for services at times other than customary business hours if required. Also, TAS owns the software and test stands needed to operate and support Kaba Locks.

First Line Maintenance

Standard service can be provided from 8am to 8pm CST 7 days a week.  Service will be performed within 2 hours of receiving a service call from the driving network or as directed by customer. Arrangements may be made for services at times other than customary business hours if required.

Armed Courier Service  

Standard service can be provided between 7am and 4pm CST. Critical time stops will be scheduled accordingly to best support customer’s operation. Arrangements may be made for services at times other than customary business hours if required.

 

 Special Services

TAS recognizes the need for and can provide armored car services at times other than customary business hours. Examples include sporting events, trade shows, conventions, festivals, and other similar activities. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
